WHO IS RUNNING THIS COUNTRY, THE PUBLIC SERVANTS OR THE PEOPLE?

The right to vote has been under assault for millions of Americans — disproportionately for young people and in communities of color. It is time for sweeping reforms to get big money out of politics and put an end to systematic attempts to limit access to the ballot box and strip citizens of their constitutionally-guaranteed right to vote

 LIST OF ISSUES

CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM

America’s justice system is deeply broken — it treats you better, as Bryan Stevenson says, if you’re rich and guilty than if you’re poor and innocent. The United States is home to only 5% of the world’s population, but 25% of the world’s incarcerated people — disproportionately people of color. For decades, this broken system has hollowed out entire communities, wasted billions of taxpayer dollars, and failed to make us safer.

COURTS

Real courts of law fall under the jurisdiction of Article III of the Constitution for the United States of America (1789).

In all states the courts of limited jurisdiction have consistently been operating in a manner, that lawfully, is highly questionable. The assumption of the people, through their lack of knowledge, is that the courts are there to protect their civil liberties along with their ability to seek civil justice in property matters. Most of the people are told they are in a court of law when that is not the case. Laws are found in the state and federal constitutions. State statutes, county ordinances, and city codes are not laws. They are commercial contract processes that are not explained to the people at anytime by anyone involved, judges or attorneys, in the system.

MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT
The perception of the authority of a municipality is one of the most common mistakes made by the average American. The assumptions made can cause lawful abuses by those employed by this type of political subdivision. Municipal corporations are organized under the applicable state constitution and laws, with powers of government expressly or implicitly conferred by that constitution and laws, and also by charter. Within the municipality, these powers are exercised by a governing body elected by the people. A municipality is basically the response of the state government to the need for certain public services (i.e., waste disposal, police and fire protection, water supply, health services) in addition to what is available from the county or other local governments in the area.

.

HOUSING

The issues of housing is still one of the major issues of the economy not fully addressed since the 2008 housing crisis that has left millions of Americans homeless. The predatory lending practices and the foreclosures of the financial industry continues to be at the heart of the major problems concerning property ownership. The issue of allodial title and ownership needs to be addressed. Since the beginning of the 20th century the housing industry has been operating in an contrived manner that has created more and more issues with every passing year. The public needs to have real information about the housing market before any real solutions can be made.

EDUCATION

In order to make changes in our educational system you have to start with the history of the system and why it was created and designed for. “We want one class of persons to have a liberal education, and we want another class of persons, a very much larger class of necessity in every society, to forgo the privilege of a liberal education and fit themselves to perform specific difficult manual tasks.”

― Woodrow Wilson

HEALTHCARE

The SICKCARE industry is extremely profitable and one of the commercial sectors that involve so many other industries that it needs to be seen as a campaign for transparency before it is a campaign for reform..

ENVIRONMENT

The issues of clear air and water is at the heart of the matter for the environment. Privatization and commercial interests from many sectors of the economy do not favor healthcare reform or regulatory reform on commerce that effects our natural environment. The United States was founded on trade and commerce which has always been at odds with every concern of a healthy society and environment. .
