From this foundation flow covenant, stewardship over ownership, and federation without absorption. The Trust’s architecture is designed to preserve continuity of purpose while allowing living expression through trustees, divisions, and federated bodies.

Trust Architecture & Constitutional Continuity
The Trust’s governing architecture preserves relationships among authority, capacity, duty, stewardship, and jurisdiction while maintaining continuity of purpose. Through the Constitutional Compass DAO, this architecture finds a decentralized governance expression. Its twelve corresponding divisions provide fields for stewardship, observation, inquiry, investigation, edification, and action without reproducing a centralized executive hierarchy.
Governance Expression & Federation
Aspects of the Trust architecture are expressed through related bodies, including For These United States of America, Inc. and the Constitutional Compass DAO. Each is connected to, but distinct from, American Covenant Trust in capacity, jurisdiction, and function. The Constitutional Compass DAO is a separate Unincorporated Business Trust that expresses elements of the architecture through decentralized governance.
