Constitutional Compass Document Library
Correspondence is the key. The Divisions of the circle are its ordered expression.
The Constitutional Compass Document Library is grounded in the principle of Correspondence as expressed through the Divisions of the circle. The circle represents an ordered whole whose divisions reveal distinct but related functions of governance, stewardship, responsibility, balance, and human participation.
Within this framework, first principles do not remain abstract. They move through Correspondence into covenant, constitutional structure, institutional roles, human decisions, records, and material action. Constitutions and covenants are the human instruments through which principles are consciously expressed among people, bounded by responsibility, and made accountable through agreed order.
The Twelve Divisions provide the functional map for that translation. Each division expresses a distinct field of activity while its relationship to the other divisions preserves balance, polarity, complementarity, and whole-system awareness.
The circle preserves the whole. The divisions reveal the functions. Correspondence connects principle to action.
Paper 01
American Covenant Ecosystem: Jurisdiction, Trust, Governance & Public Purpose
The master orientation paper for the ecosystem. Establishes the relationship among For These United States of America, Inc., the American Covenant Trust, Constitutional Compass DAO, the Twelve Divisions, federated DAOs, and shared operating infrastructure.
Correspondence Lens: Establishes the whole before the parts, showing how distinct institutional layers remain separate while corresponding through shared purpose and ordered relationship.
Paper 02
American Covenant Trust: Trust Administration, Fiduciary Stewardship & Continuity
Explains the Trust’s fiduciary role, stewardship architecture, continuity responsibilities, records, delegation boundaries, and relationship to decentralized governance.
Correspondence Lens: Expresses continuity, stewardship, and fiduciary responsibility as the stabilizing material structure through which principle is preserved across time.
Paper 03
Trustee Governance & Administration Framework
Defines the human fiduciary operating model: trustee office, authority, decision-making, records, delegation, conflicts, resolutions, accountability, succession, and digital support systems.
Correspondence Lens: Translates fiduciary principle into human judgment, office, decision, record, delegation, and accountable action.
Paper 04
Heirship, Lineage & Intergenerational Stewardship
Examines lineage records, beneficiary continuity, responsible inheritance, family and cultural memory, privacy, evidentiary review, and intergenerational stewardship.
Correspondence Lens: Connects continuity across generations through lineage, memory, inheritance, and stewardship while preserving the distinction between evidence and authority.
Paper 05
Constitutional Compass DAO: Governance Architecture
Defines the decentralized governance and stewardship layer operating beneath the Trust, including evidence review, rights analysis, proposals, accountability, remedies, and federation boundaries.
Correspondence Lens: Moves covenant into participatory governance by translating principle into stewardship, division-based function, accountability, and remedy.
Paper 06
Twelve Divisions of Constitutional Stewardship
Explains the twelve-fold governance model, its six balancing axes, functional mandates, correspondences, and equilibrium principles while distinguishing symbolic correspondence from actual authority.
Correspondence Lens: Defines the circle itself as the primary correspondence architecture through which twelve differentiated functions become an ordered whole.
Paper 07
Horizontal Organization, Trustee Stewardship & Federated Governance
Explains how independent trustees, divisions, DAOs, projects, and partners collaborate through shared infrastructure without collapsing their separate mandates or authority.
Correspondence Lens: Shows how differentiated parts cooperate without losing identity, allowing distinct functions to participate within a larger whole.
Paper 08
Evidence, Constitutional Review & Truth-Control Architecture
Establishes a disciplined pathway for source review, verification, contradiction analysis, authority mapping, rights review, human-impact analysis, and responsible publication.
Correspondence Lens: Applies correspondence to knowledge and judgment by keeping claims, sources, authority, contradiction, rights, and human consequence visibly related.
Paper 09
Human Agency, AI Governance & JARVIS963â„¢ Architecture
Defines AI as a support and orchestration layer rather than governing authority, with human approval, permissions, provenance, and accountability boundaries.
Correspondence Lens: Places intelligence in correspondence with human purpose while preserving human judgment as the controlling source of consequential authority.
Paper 10
Constitutional Compass Federation: Interoperability Protocol
Defines how federated DAOs and ecosystem systems share infrastructure, records, services, and routing while preserving local authority and institutional identity.
Correspondence Lens: Extends the circle across institutions by allowing distinct systems to communicate and cooperate without collapsing into one authority.
Paper 11
Sovereign Identity, Permissions, Provenance & Blockchain Witness
Defines identity layers, permissions, consent, credentials, provenance, attestations, privacy, and blockchain witness functions across the federated ecosystem.
Correspondence Lens: Relates identity to function, permission, source, and record so recognition enables participation without manufacturing authority.
Paper 12
Symphonyâ„¢: Cross-Ecosystem Operations & Agent Coordination
Defines workflow, state, routing, handoffs, shared operational memory, agent coordination, approval gates, and cross-system operations.
Correspondence Lens: Carries correspondence into motion by translating intention, authority, identity, and function into coordinated action and recorded consequence.
