Establishing  Real World Community

Step 1: Establish the Civil Liberties Enforcement Committee (CLEC)

- Reach out to community members and veterans to form CLECs within different Justice Precincts in the county.

- Each CLEC should have multiple members and be based on zip code to ensure comprehensive coverage of the community.

Step 2: Elect veterans to establish a nonprofit constitutional law jurisdiction organization

- The CLECs will elect veterans who have demonstrated commitment to civil liberties and constitutional law to establish the organization.

- The organization will be formed as a body politic through the state, ensuring legal recognition and authority.

Step 3: Public officers reaffirm Covenant Oath and file paperwork

- The elected public officers will reaffirm their Covenant Oath, pledging to uphold the principles of the organization and serve the community.

- They will file necessary paperwork with the county clerks office to officially establish the organization.

Step 4: Connect with veteran-based organizations and businesses for volunteers

- Reach out to established veteran-based organizations and businesses to recruit volunteers for the American Covenant Trust Project and various positions within the organization.

- Collaborate with these organizations to leverage their resources and expertise in serving the community.

Step 5: Fund and operate the system through community support

- Operations of the organization will be funded by the communities being serviced and supported by volunteers, including veterans.

- Utilize the E Pluribus Unum Exchange and Trust Network ecosystem to facilitate financial transactions and resource allocation.

Step 6: Create a perpetual symbiotic system

- The organization will create a sustainable system that provides essential services, operates civically, and expands its reach indefinitely.

- By fostering a symbiotic relationship between the organization, veterans, and the community, the system will continue to thrive and grow over time.

Through these comprehensive steps, the American Covenant Trust Project will be able to establish a real-world community rooted in constitutional law jurisdiction, supported by the Civil Liberties Enforcement Committee members, and operated by dedicated veterans and community members. This community-based approach ensures that the organization remains accountable to the community it serves and is able to adapt and evolve to meet the changing needs of its constituents.
