A contract is an agreement between private parties creating mutual obligations enforceable by law.  The basic elements required for the agreement to be a legally enforceable contract are: mutual assent, expressed by a valid offer and acceptance; adequate consideration; capacity; and legality.

Freedom of contract is the process in which individuals and groups form contracts without government restrictions. This is opposed to government regulations such as minimum-wage lawscompetition lawseconomic sanctions, restrictions on price fixing, or restrictions on contracting with undocumented workers.

Contract Obligations

Contract obligations are the most vital part of any transaction between people and business organizations. Execution is not optional if you want to be trusted or considered to do future business.
