"Believe Half Of What You See and None Of What You Hear."

Updated: Feb 27, 2023

Those are words from my mother, "Lucy" Diaz, who spent her entire life in NYC.

I'm sure it didn't originate with her but it was her way of living through the politics in the South Bronx neighborhoods we lived in. She had more than common sense, she was a alumni of school of the "Real" life in some of the toughest areas in the world. No Joke! That brings me to the point of Hearsay. Many have commented about what is being said by this person or that bozo (usually the naysayers) but it all amounts to Hearsay. You can say a thing with such confidence and as loud as you want (Bozo #1 Sam A.) but it doesn't make it the truth or a fact.

I have mentioned before the importance of denotative definitions of words and their relationship to courts of law. What I have been hearing lately doesn't rise above the level of gossip about what another person thinks they heard or know. I have heard interpretations (opinions) of recording of conversations and emails from those who speak a foreign language, in this case the foreign language is connotative linguistics, foreign to courts of law.

Read a book brothers Michael B, Sam A, and Ricky W. A Campbell's Black's Law Dictionary or Bouvier's Law Dictionary. Stop spreading your corrupted connotative concepts and fake understanding of what is lawful. If you stop now, you will thank me later. I'm just looking out for your best interest and the interest of others. Enough damage has be done to yourselves and others. Don't listen and you will get what you deserve. Not a threat, a principle of natural law, in the constitution, where the enumeration of civil liberties (Bill of Rights) comes from. Your time is almost up Naysayers and company. The disclosure and discovery process is a month away from closing. If you pay close attention you will begin to understand how fact and fiction are separated. Federal Rules of Evidence Check This!

That is correct! Connotative and Denotative linguistics' is how the prosecution is making their case. Investor(s) = Jurisdiction = Victim. Without this definition being challenged they give support to their allegations but their allegations need to be proven at later stages of the case. The Plea Agreement is being used to circumvent the need for proof in the allegations against Neil. The defense has been not been challenging the prosecution through obvious objections i.e. hearsay (Facts not in Evidence). They have effectively become attorney's for the prosecution. There has to be strategies in place to put the defense attorneys on notice and advocated for the defendants.

I have listened to this hearing multiple times, the terms "investor, investors, investment, rate of return" etc. were used numerous times through out the hearing. Why has it not been brought out that we were willing "loan partners" and not investors? It doesn't appear that MikeG's attorney is looking out for him 100%. The plaintiff attorneys when reading the charges and making other statements continuously made reference to the aforementioned terms. I am sure being "loan partners" carries a different amount of weight than being called investors, your opinion.
